Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
For one of our client, an important multinational automotive company, we recruit an ambitious HR Manager with the initiative and good energy to build a solid HR department in a complex industrial environment. The job is both strategic and operational and the main focus is to ensure centrelized consistent, systematic and standardized HR management in alignment  with business strategy and HR corporate policies. 
The main components of the job:
  • Talent acquisition and People Development:
-Ensuring that the selection and placement activities of both white and blue collar employees in the factory are carried out in line with the HQ HR policies within the authorized limits, in compliance with internal policy;
-Establishment of training and development plans for plant employees together with the company Academy, ensuring control and reporting;
-Support for performance management programs and processes and ensure implementation and follow-up;
-Management of promotion and transfer processes for plant employees in line with the HQ HR policies within the authorization limits
  • Payroll and Admin
-   Ensuring that the payroll processes of employees within the factory are carried out in accordance with internal regulations and legal regulations;
-   Management of the personnel information of the employees, monitoring and preparing the legal and company related reports about payroll and personnel affairs;
-  Execution of ethical rules and discipline practices for the plant;
-  Execution of the processes such as termination, resignation, retirement, etc. in accordance with legal regulations and internal regulations;
-   Monitoring the contracts and activities of the sub-employer and other companies that serve in the plant in terms of HR applications;
  • Communication and Industrial Relations​
-  Management of the industrial relations processes in the factory along with the Group managers in line with corporate industrial relations policies.
-  Managing communication with union representatives.
-  Ensure the implementation of the collective labor agreement throughout the plants, together with the group;
  • Occupational Health and Safety
​- Ensuring the implementation of occupational health and safety systems throughout the plants in line with HQ occupational health and safety policies, conducting the necessary audits and inspections in this regard, establishing and monitoring corrective and preventive activities;
Follow-up of occupational health and safety training programs in coordination with group strategy;
  • Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum  7 years  experience in human resources department in industrial area ( minim 3 years’ in a HR leadership position);
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Advanced SAP  or an ERP and Success Factors usage knowledge (preferably have experience with SAP implementation projects);
- In-depth expertise in labor and migration legislation, industrial relations, operational  management and local labor market existing trends and forecasts;
- Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills;
- Availability of working in an industrial environment in the city of Buzau;
- Appropriate salary package;
