Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "Area Sales Manager" to one of our multinational clients in automotoive industry. Ideal candidate will be responsible from heavy truck segment and especially for the construction business market.
The main goals and objectives of a Area Sales Manager include the following: 
-Monitoring and ensuring dealer’s business plan; coordination, follow-up and management of the dealer sales team regarding customer prospection, analyzing and make recommendations on prospective new accounts provided by dealers,
-Transferring company strategies and policies to the dealer network and assuring the right implementation at dealer level,
-Providing customer and dealer insights to drive incremental growth opportunities,
-Following-up continuous market feedback from the territory to company,
-Establishing close professional relations with all major account customers at the level of decision makers as well as influencers, through structured and planned regular client visits,
-Following-up all competitor actions, dealers, micro local strategies, market prices, deals in the territory,
-Willing to take responsibility for customer satisfaction and drive company performance to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained, 
-Developing a deep understanding of major customers and their needs as well as competitive market,
-Preparing departmental forecasts, budgets, and strategic account plans.
Education and Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline, (Business, Engineering..etc.)
-Sales experience in heavy truck industry and/or related automotive market, (>7 years)
-Bilingual in English. (Excellent verbal and written communication)
Skills and Knowledge
-Having experience with working on commercial heavy truck dealers and major clients,
-Dealer network management as well as direct sales experience in a similar position,
-Understanding and meeting the needs of dealer network and major clients,
-Strong negotiation skills and experience in a highly detailed environment, good communicator at all levels,

-Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills,
-Able to demonstrate a clear vision , global mindset and successful people & culture leadership.
