Job Description:
We are looking for a 'Corporate Performance Chief' for our partner in Esenyurt that is in the production sector.
- Manage salary increases, reward management, job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits processes,
- Improve HR Data Analytical processes,
- Revise salary bands according to salary policies,
- Play an active role in HR projects within the organization and work with the related departments,
- Analyze and create compensation and benefits structure of the company,
- Improve reporting processes and prepare monthly reports,
- Review market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends in order to make recommendations that meet corporate objectives,
- Manage the process of promotions, adjustments and job rotations within the company guidelines,
- Will be responsible for reflecting performance to bonus during main evaluation periods,
- Provide recommendations for during salary review process by making different analyses and simulations, aligned with company compensation and benefits strategy.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields,
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in performance management within a corporate company,
- Have to have knowledge about job evaluation methodologies, remuneration, bonus systems, success factors, Grading Systems and Salary Surveys,
- Detail and target oriented, comfortable with multi task responsibilities,
- Respect for confidentiality,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Must have a both Blue and White Collar Experience,
- Competent in data analysis,
- High analysis, reporting and communication skills,
- SAP HR knowledge is a big plus,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
