For The Italian Headquarter, We Are Looking For a

Within the Beauty Care Marketing team, he/she will contribute to the activation and expansion of the company’s portfolio.
He/she will support the Group Product Manager in product development, brand positioning, market analysis, strategic planning and communication strategies.
He/she will coordinate all the key players involved to ensure a successful team working and proper focus on the achievement of the brand’s profitability target, under the guidance of the Group Product Manager.

Main Activities:
  • Product Development: research, test and creation of new products together with the R&D team, coordinating the development and innovation strategies of the Brand;
  • Product Launch: identification of the proper strategy for the launch of new products on the market (ATL and BTL communication, POS events and definition of a commercial strategy);
  • Consumer Research: frequent market research aiming at identifying emerging trends, creating new insights and testing new concepts, for the development of the Brand;
  • Market analysis: monitoring of sell out data and other indicators, such as Brand Equity and Brand Closeness. Identification and presentation of the main insights regarding the market and the Brand;
  • ADV & Media Strategy: Management of the ADV strategy of the Brand, including creative activities and planning on different media platforms;
  • Finance: Management and analysis of P&L of the Brand. Creation and analysis of 3-year plans for the planning of new launches.

He/she has 2-3 years of Marketing experience within the FMCG industries, better in Home and Personal Care or Beauty care markets.
Moreover, it is highly necessary to have an experience of minimum 2-3 years in Headquarters or Innovation Centers based abroad.
Fluency in English language is a must, a second language will be considered a plus.
