SELECTION

We manage the entire selection process:

  • All our candidates undergo competency based interviews to analyse hard and soft skills to identify a potential fit with the job and company
  • If required we have our candidates undertake additional tests & assessments
  • We present a short-list of the best available candidates to the client
  • We advise & support the customer and candidate throughout the selection process
  • If required, we can advise on remuneration and compensation packages

Our job does not stop when the candidate starts in role. We constantly stay in contact and ensure that all is going well and that expectations – both for the customer as for the candidates – are met.
